Liability Limitations-Drop off Laundry

We exercise the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes that are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual article.

Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing.

Leaving your drop off laundry with us means you accept the following conditions limiting our liability:

You may provide us with a list of items you are leaving. Without a list you accept our count of items as accurate.
We cannot guarantee against color loss, shrinkage or damage to weak and tender fabrics.
Differences in counts, missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours.
The Premier Laundry’s liability for loss or damage shall not exceed two times the amount charged for the job.
